Autism in the school setting

I personally have worked with Autistic children in school. There is a very different form of punishment you have to go through. I have found if you say you are going to do something then you have to follow through with it. This is especially true for Autistic children so be prepared to back up what you say because they will see how much they can get away with, but like most kids they can't just turn it off.
