Glad to hear that. It would be very interesting to find out how your institution experiences this change. Moodle is very fascinating and I have grown to love it too.
With your interest in the application of Education Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform form. Both are web based, have a bunch of features and free basic service. I think these two technologies may help you in your research and applciation of ICT tools to education.
