Join Classroom 2.0
Your experiment with student blogging in May which I read a little about at The 21st Century School House seems to have convinced you to do more at the beginning of the next academic year. I get the impression that the laptops your students use stay in the classroom and cannot be taken home with them to use. I look forward to the day when students in every school equitably have 24/7 possession of their projects and connections with others on their own personal laptop computers.
