Differentiated Instruction

My school has been training some of us teachers in Differentiated Instruction. I think I like the results that I am seeing. Do you have any experience teaching this way? How have you implemented DI in your classroom? In which ways do you differentiate? What are some of the anchor activities that you use? Do you incorporate any features of Understanding by Design into your lessons. I appreciate your feedback.

"I use the Smoothboard wii do it yourself interactive whiteboard. We made it as a class project and I love it. It is portable so I can move it from classroom to classroom and it is almost as good as the SmartBoard that I have in my morning classroom.…"
