About Me: I have been teaching English for 15 years and video production for 5. I taught writing lab for 6 years and sports literature for 5 years. I also taught a year of drama, journalism, yearbook and study skills.

I have worked in 3 different schools with a variety of schedules, course and student loads, and demographics.

I love to learn new things and have accepted the challenge of creating, developing and implementing new curriculum for a variety of course including writing lab, sports literature, study skills, journalism, yearbook, and most recently video production.

I have developed a great passion for film and editing and have taught myself Final Cut Studio Pro. I had the amazing opportunity to work on an independent Hollywood movie last summer and was able to get many of my students involved as well.

I am passionate about film and desire to either continue teaching it or get involved more directly in the industry itself.
