- I have taught elementary school for 14 years. 6 of those in the second grade, 6 in the fourth grade, 1 in the 5th grade and 1 as a Technology Coach through the ORBIT Grant at my elementary school. I am now in the Technology Department for my district working with the Technology Coordinator for Fentress County Schools. I have been there for two years and the last year I took on the role of Instructional Technology Specialist. My passion is teaching kids and helping teachers to integrate technology on a regular basis in their classroom. We are starting small, taking tiny steps, but seemingly productive steps. I am so excited about teaching and learning and helping others to grow professionally as well as growing professionally myself. I am looking forward to the collaboration of this Ning and hope to learn a lot.
