About Me: My name is Rebecca Chandler.
I am currently employed by Kellogg's. I have been there about 1 1/2 years. I work in Corportate Global Learning and Development. Our focus is on global processes for learning and development. We build leadership development and other common, core, and critical development to support our succession plan and talent pools. I am currently working on my second Master's degree. I have an undergrad in Human Resource Managment, a Master's in Human Resource Development, and I am seeking a second Master's in Instructional Technology. I want to learn the science behind leveraging technology to educate the workforce. I have a wonderful family. A husband of 17 years, a 16 year old son who is a wonderful basketball player, and a 2 year old son who keeps us all on our toes.
