Adding student documents to a ning?

"It can be located via the Manage Tab then go to Ning Apps with Add new features and find google docs which is a collaborative app. Only problem is you will need to be the administrator of the Ning site so you could request this feature otherwise…"

"or if you want the presentation to remain web based you can upload the powerpoint to google docs and share it as a presentation. You would then include a URL in Ning."

Does anyone know how to add student documents to a ning? I am hoping to create a forum for sharing student-created powerpoints, but can't figure out how to add them to the ning. I have gotten as far as uploading a ppt file to google docs, and generated a url, but skill don't know how to embed the file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
