- Hi,
I teach art at Woodward Academy Lower School and want to "mac" out my classroom with technology in order to arm my students with visual literacy skills and encourage them to discern/deconstruct/manipulate/synthesize images, text and art so they can be be critical thinkers, savvy consumers and have a competitve edge in the job market . I am running a comics and animation workshop this year and participating in Powerful Learning Practice's year-long staff development regarding shifts in 21st education. Whew. A shout out to Cindy and Shelly who got me here.

Join Classroom 2.0
Next summer I am going to teach another class on video, using the mac. You might like to take that class. Last summer we worked on moviemaker, and Premiere Elements in the workshop. On my website you can find a lot of those resources. On the blog you can see a lot of the projects students are doing. I have the schedule for next summer out soon. I hope you had good luck with getting laptop.
