I am curriculum director at a private school in Honduras. I, too, am joining the group in order to share and communicate ideas with others. Our school began the differentiation initiative two years ago, but we still seem to be taking steps backward with every step forward. I hope the comments and ideas from you and others in this group will give me some fresh strategies.
