Married, grandchildren. Worked in college reading center to train new teachers and assess kids/adults with reading problems. Taught 11 years in middle school, 6 years in community college, set up an America Reads tutoring program, grades 1-3, for Service Learning students in community college program,1 year as a literacy coach, 2 years as high school reading teacher. Love living in FL!
