- I am a reading specialist in a middle school in St. Louis, MO. I work with all three grades - 6,7,8, helping students that struggle with reading in the content areas as well as with fiction. I am a former special education teacher as well as having been a parent educator with the Parents as Teachers program. I have two children in college and my husband is a police sergeant.
