- I am an operations manager for a transportation organization. I try to keep up with changing and growing trends in the industry and society. There's always something new to learn. You don't have to "like" it but that's change. It's constant and it helps to keep up. I do the best I can to remain competitive and to be able to contribute something of value to the current and possibly the future state of society. And sometimes it just fun and exciting learning all these new things that shape and change our world.
