About Me
I teach 8th grade English and chair the middle school English department. I am interested in using technology to further students' relationships with reading and writing. I have also taught elementary school and have written two chapter books for 7-10 year-olds.

I'd like to acknowledge illustrator Debbie Tilley for my "photo," taken from the cover of my first novel, THE SECRETS OF MS. SNICKLE'S CLASS (Clarion, 2001).
