About Me:
I am a physician, professional health educator, professor, lecturer and author. I am also an expert in life challenges, loss, grief and bereavement including traumatic and NICU losses. I am the Mother of two inquisitive, energetic daughters. My youngest is a NICU survivor.

I have been involved with providing health education over the internet for more than a decade, starting in the days when it was referred to as Web Education.

I currently teach an online graduate course in Grieving Family Systems as part of a Certificate in Bereavement and will be teaching a College Nutrition fully online in the fall. I am a long-time Online student.
