- Kerrie Preedy brought to Fuji Xerox a wealth of knowledge in Adult Education, Management and Design, with now over twenty five years of experience in education. I'm also a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Currently studying (NLP) Neuro-Linguistic Programming, LSI, GSI and OCI with a view to incorporate this into her career working in the area of team building, business consulting, performance development, personal and professional development, communication, in the workplace, leadership and change management.
