Profile Information

School / Work Affiliation: I have worked for BT & Accenture within learning and development since 1982. I am currently interested in Social Networks, Web 2.0-related ideas, trends and tools and the impact on how people are learning and developing themselves.

About Me: I am based in the UK and have a Higher National Certificate in electrical and electronic engineering and a Degree in Business Administration.

I have been associated with training for over 25 years and have had several roles during that time including Tutor Deliverer in both technical and non-technical areas, Design of ILT, blended & e-learning material. I have also developed Quality manuals which lead on to me becoming a Quality Auditor and eventually Quality Manager for the training function. I moved on to manage several design and delivery teams before my current role as Delivery Manager
