Hey Daniel,         I've had success with Spore, Rollercoaster Tycoon (there any many games in the Tycoon Series), and SimCity.  Although not perfect, Spore is good for reiterating concepts surrounding natural selection…

Book Sharing

I've seen a couple of people ask about this, but I was hoping a refresher might spark some new ideas.  Does anyone know of a book sharing site--something like GoodReads or Shelfari--with students in mind? My school is really trying to push a individual reading program this year, and we think something like this might be a strong motivational piece. Thanks!See More

Seems like most people really value iTalc. My problem is that I have NComputing bundled computers (where one CPU powers four monitors). The system is great for cost effectiveness, but limits the power of each computer. Has anyone else with a similar…

I just found this posting. Has GoAnimate come out yet with an educational site? Is it free? Does it still have the violence? Would it be appropriate for 4th graders? Thanx, Faith

Hi Justin,

With your work in 21st Century Technology for your 12th graders, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.

Here’s a Public Class on Technology Integration you might be interested in.
