If you're interested in moving some of your educational services online a bit more I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based, have a bunch of features and free basic service. I think both technologies will help you in your work in educational services, as well as, help staff and students collaborate and learn online more easily and even have some fun along the way.
