Moodle & Assessment

Does anyone know of a way to create a rubric/survey/Likert scale in Moodle?  I want to have my kids assess their work and be sent a copy of it.

Hi Jill,
Once you find out please let me know. It sounds like a wonderful innovation for technology integration in the classroom.
