Experience in developing academic partnerships and representing a university in dealings with overseas higher education institutions, opening new direct student recruitment and partnership markets and the ability to communicate effectively with academic and other university departments. Key knowledge of QA issues in international higher education and experience of collaboration with internal and external shareholders. Knowledge of applicable software packages, web-based work/communication, knowledge of new media, writing with peers, for print and web-based media.
