About Me
I am a former secondary science teacher now working with the New Literacies Research Lab as a graduate student researcher at the University of Connecticut. My research interests are in Adolescent Literacy. I am interested in how online collaborative projects between classrooms in different nations can be used to engage adolescents in literacy and learning. Currently, I am working to determine best practice associated with international online collaboration by surveying and interviewing teachers to hear from them about what works and what does not.
