- At first I chose to use WordPress but found it too difficult. But then I discovered Moodle and chose it. I added Moodle to my web-hosted site. and linked it to my URL. So, anyone can set-up their own training environment. In my case, both WordPress and Moodle are opens source and don't cost a penny. Hope this answers your question.
