About Me

Ms. Thompson developed the concept of Ecoemotional Intelligence (EEQ) and is the Founding Director of Gaia Psychology.

She is a dynamic speaker and educator dedicated to teaching how consciously reconnecting with Mother Nature restores human emotional flourishing.

Ms. Thompson was an award winning faculty member at Bryan College in Arkansas where she taught 'Thought Patterns for a Successful Career' courses with foundations in cognitive psychology, social learning theory, and positive psychology.

She holds Bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and counseling/human services from Limestone College. She completed graduate studies in clinical psychology at The Citadel Graduate School and in clinical counseling at Webster Graduate University. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in organic psychology.
