- Hi I'm Emma an English teacher living in Madrid originally from The UK. I've been here nearly 3 years now doing a mixture of working for acadamies and freelance basically running around the city from business to business, pretty hectic stuff. Now I'm about to start working permanently for The British Council which I'm very excited about for two reasons, it's a fantastic opportunity AND I don't have to run around the city anymore I can just walk for 5 mins to get to work! Fantastic. I'm very curious about how web tools can be used to give students a richer learning experience and hope to be able to implement the use of these innovations in my teaching.
