"Scott - I am on a quest for exemplary schools also. I would like to visit some schools in the midwest - Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri who have connected teachers, students and technology. I'd like to talk to people who have found ways to…"

"Sounds nice in theory. If we assume that everyone is inspired (willing to look at this as an opportunity), self reliant and persistent in their desire to learn an edict like "no more paper" will be enough. I find this applies to 1/3 of our…"

Hi David! Hope you're enjoying the winter break. I was wondering if you, your colleagues, or students would be interested in an Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. We'd really like to get Colorado students involved. Please let me know! Thanks!

Hi David,

With your work in Education Technology I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based, have a bunch of features, and free basic service. I think Wiziq, in particular, might prove to be helpful if your district is looking to get a bit more online.
