You can use Google's Blogger for free and you don't have to have ads on it. I use it http://educationaltechnologyguy.blogspot.com/, and find it to be very easy to use.

Walden University...www.waldenu.edu has a great program in Integrating Technology into the Curriculum. The program is excellent and well run. That's where I got mine.
