"Hi, I'm a middle school science teacher in NJ, and I am very much interested in doing collaborative STEM projects with other teachers. I would also like to know about seminar-workshops on STEM programs."

Hi,

Thanks for the comments and question!

Well, concerning your question about whether or not girls are more or equally competitive than boys, I would for one say yes. The fact is, given the different roles played by girls and boys in the oasis, girls tend to do better than boys. This is because girls and women in general stay at home and boys work on farming with their fathers (in the village where I am working). Concerning other cities and regions of my country, things are different.
