Event Format - The event logo needs to be captured (Jing, SnagIt) and be prepared from the source website. - Information about the call-for-paper announcement needs to be published as blog here, then included as link to the event data. - An independent link offering information about international GMT/UTC Fixed Time must be included to the event data. Please use www.timeanddate.com to generate such a link. - In reverse, the event link then needs to be added to the call-for-paper blog. - Please avoid multiple publishing. - Don't forget to establish an Twitter.com name for the event, then add it to the event data with a hashtag "#". http://twitter.com/vconferences - Twitterfall.com is a nice service to list Twitter messages from an event using search terms or hashtags. - If you produce snapshot pictures or screen captures, please post them at Flickr.com AND tag them accordingly with the hashtag or otherwise clear tag names. - Please post a note to the event data if data changes have occurred within the source website and you intend to update on this. Add a link to the source website if necessary. Notify the author of the event posting to update and validate the event posting via e-mail.
