Private Educators in the UK

This group is in place for anyone involved in private education throughout the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). With non-state schools teaching 6.5% of all students in the UK, they compromise a large slice of the overall education picture in the country.

With state schools there are constants and fluidity between institutions, as they're all essentially teaching the same government curriculum with minor variances. This is not the case for private schools, as they have more autonomy to create their own individual curriculum specialised to areas of aptitude and interest.

So use this group as a voicing board to share ideas, philosophies and results between independent school teachers and administrators!
