I just joined this group even though I haven't participated in a teacher exchange for several decades. My first teaching position was in Queensland, Australia and it continues to be one of the highlights of my life. I would love to do another exchange now that I am an "empty nester".

Any I suppose. I did do an exchange to another country but next year I am exchanging with a local primary school teacher (I'm in the high school). What do you all think?

Ok...I'll start a discussion. What is a "teacher exchange"? Are we talking about exchanging teachers between countries? Mike
