I've been passionate about education in technology since my grandfather brought home the first Apple in 1981. I read into (and pontificated about) the coming wave of revolution brought on by the concepts in Cluetrain when they are mashed up with issues like Blooms Taxonomy and Howard Ganers work on multiple intelligence theory and project based learning.

I compiled my favorite 27 blog posts on the subject. Probably the most interesting for elementary school teachers might be the education technology trends for 2009, which contains some of the results from the Horizon project.

From a innovation perspective you might like the review and/or critique of "Disrupting Schools"

Anyway, here is my work on University 2.0, digital literacy, and social media (including a summary of the work of Wagner, who is a visiting prof at Harvard).

It would be interesting to hear what others think about digital literacy among college graduates and what types of skills will be required to survive and thrive.

What will the college flatworld classroom look like? What would Tom Friedman, Dan Pink, and others do to change the college classroom?

Warning: some of the posts are articles, some are quotes, and some of them are more of an outline form.
