Hello - It may have been just a dream, but I have a memory of someone sending a link to a site/service that was bascially twitter but in a controlled network managed by a teacher. It wasn't called 'twitter' however......

Anyone know what it was and can you point me in the right direction?

wow - that's service!

I want to run a trial with it with one or more of my classes this term (April to June). Or maybe use it on a trip to Japan we are planning but they may present some logistical issues.
I love edmodo, but I am having a little trouble. I wish there was an edmodo class to teach me more.
