This week I started and began to populate a wiki at http://www.EdReady.com. The object is to gather and organize information and resources around emergency/pandemic preparedness for schools and academic "continuity planning." I'm hoping you will consider helping to build this resource by including any information that you may have, and by pointing to or participating in the "conversations" that are starting to take place on these topics. I've also set up a Twitter account at http://www.twitter.com/edready for announcements of events and any news.

I'd also like to quickly start hosting a series of webinars on preparedness and planning, and would like to highlight and encourage any other events or meetings taking place. If you know someone you think would be a good person for me to bring on as a guest or to interview, please email me back directly at steve@hargadon.com. If you would like to hold your own meeting or event on this topic, let me know at the same address and I'll send you instructions for using the free Elluminate room at LearnCentral.org, and then help publicize what you do.

Thanks!
