I am the Technology Specialist looking for technology attitude surveys to use in my classes. Some of our 5th grades are piloting single gender classes. We have been studying it for some time now to offer as a choice for students. To collect data, I will give the girls/boys/&mixed classes the same pre/post survey. If you know of any survey(s) that I can use as a guide to create one for my classes, I would appreciate input here.

You can create a survey online using Quia: http://www.quia.com
There is a free 30 day trial and it's $50/month to set up your own page for quizzes, games, and other classroom acivities. I use it for my computer classes, but there are resources there for all kinds of subjects. Hope this helps :-)
