Instructional Coaches
I would like to hear from those of you who have instructional coaches collaborating with the teachers at your school. In your opinion, what are some of the tasks they complete or guide others to accomplish that have the greatest impact? Those of you who believe you work side-by-side with a tremendously inspirational instructional coach I wonder if you would share a brief story about this person?
