Enrichment

I am searching for ideas for our high performing students.  First period at our school is an intervention period geared towards reading and math.  Our high performing students were enrolled in a Chinese Language Enrichment class, however the money is gone.  I am searching for alternatives to the Chinese Language experience.  Any thoughts would be great for my students in grades 4-6.
