Hi! This is my first year teaching, and I'll be teaching a computer course for 5th graders. I have questions about classroom management in a computer classroom. I'd like to have a class points system for on-task, awesome work and great behavior, and I'd also like to have a behavior card chart. I taught a little over the summer, and I just wrote classpoints up on the board as they accumulated them, and flipped paper behavior cards from black (awesome behavior) to yellow or red. Are there any suggestions about how to digitize this?

We have an LCD projector and I was thinking about having an excel spreadsheet that had each kid's name, each group's name, and a row for the entire class-- I would project this spreadsheet and input points during class as excellent behavior/work occurred... Any other suggestions? web-based "sticker" charts?

Thanks!!
