This is brilliant and beautiful, David. I love it and would like to use it on my blog for teachers too. Is that okay?

That's great to hear Bonnie! Please let me know how it goes:-)
And although I'm late in saying it, Thanks to Mark for commenting as well. I especially like the last sentence!

This video does a great job of showing how the Web 2.0 world expands opportunities for educators to connect and learn from each other. We'll planning to share it with educational leaders in the SF Bay Area at a regional meeting.

Great video. This is very much along the lines of what I am trying to impress upon teachers in my district. They seem married to the old way of doing things. The way I see it, education has become a consumer driven field. Students can get what they want when they want it, so teachers must adjust to address students' demands.

I wrote about this video in a post called, Who are the people in your neighbourhood? which looks at the people in my network who ended up in the video.
This was originally a slideshare presentation that I had created for a wiki that I made for student teachers. I wrote about that experience in a post called, Do not go quietly into your classroom. I made it a video for a BLC08 presentation that I did, and I hope that you enjoy it.
