The Paragon Learning Style Inventory test showed that I was an introvert, sensate, a thinker, and a judger. I already knew that I was more of a thinker that a feeler but I havd always though of myself as an extroverted person. My highest score on the Multiple Intelligence Test was interpersonal. One test says I am an introvert and one says I am good at communicating and understanding others............ go figure. I also scored high in music and linguistic on the Multiple Intelligence Test. Knowing this allows me to understand better the ways to learn, and as a teacher, ways to teach to my students. Once I know how to learn using each style, it will help me better equip my students how they specifically can learn.

Knowing about the MIs and the LSs is one thing, being able to teach and be sensitive to them all the time - is an entirely other-worldly thing. Can you imagine - and some have done so - lesson planning in such a way that you include a facet for each of the varied MIs and LSs? We're going to be discussing and talking about how technology is intended to serve in a support role to good, solid lesson planning. Attempting to write in to every lesson - for a whole year's worth of lessons, every MI and LS is impossible, but being sensitive to them can be the make-or-break point for some students - esp. those have extremely high areas that differ from you own.
