Supreme Court Refuses to Address First Amendment in Schools Case

Bias Against Texas Private Schools Continues

According to the National Center for Education Statistics 25% of all schools, nationwide, are private, serving 11% of all students. In recent public statements, Texas public educators show their dismissive, if not outright contempt for private schooling. So entrenched is this attitude that most in the Texas public school establishment don't realize the glaring bias.

Gathering Storm to Impact Private Schools by Unconstitutional Agreement by the Department of Education

In order to safeguard taxpayers’ stimulus money sent to bolster the nation’s education industry, the Obama administration announced a number of new rules. At least one of which could adversely affect private schools, and may very well prove unconstitutional.
