I have set up a blog for my fellow Religious Educators in Victoria, Australia called http://reinnovators.wordpress.com/ and emailed them the link. However, only about 6 of them have subscribed and those who have rarely respond to the posts I have put up. I am feeling a bit dispirited. How do I get them more actively involved?

Building a blog audience takes time. Not all people will want to subscribe. Many might just add you to favourites or refer to your site occasionally. For my own blog, I've had verbal feedback from colleagues, or comments in email, but not on my blog. You should be thinking of your global connections. When you visit interesting RE sites or sites that are relevant to your own blog, comment with your link. I had a look at your site, it is inviting and you've posted some good links. Don't give up!
