Evaluating Principals using the ISLCC standards

I am on a district committee with the task of developing principal evaluations using the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC pronounced izlick) Standards. Has anyone else been a part of such a committee, and if so what sorts of recommendations, suggestions, documents etc. could you share? Additionally, I'm wondering if anyone applied a specific technology toward aiding the process.
