Students often get anxious at th end of the year and when breaks are approaching. How do you get students motivated to learn when it is the absolute last thing they want to do?

I think that this is a great time to get creative and make the learning about their break. Its a great time that you can introduce a paper, or science project, you can even implement the breaks into math and make problems based on what could possible be done during the breaks. Feed off the students and find out what they are interested in learning. Everyday activities can be used as educational techniques, you just have to get creative and look at them from different aspects.
