Cultural Bias and Perspectives on War and Teaching

I've started a collaborative website where classes from different countries can come together to discuss how they teach a particular war. For example, do schools from Germnay emphasize different accounts of the war than does say the former Soviet Union.

What bias, if any, goes into our perspectives on the historical accounts of every war.
