Looking for a Job Posting Resource

I am the principal of a K-8 Parochial School. It is hiring season and in an effort to find tech savvy applicants I have been looking for a free or very inexpensive spot in the web2.0 world for making these connections...Any ideas? I know ISTE has a job bank but it is very expensive. There must be some place out there to connect schools heading toward 2.0 and teachers headed there too...
