Very powerful video! Thanks for sharing. On foundation for a betterlife there are quite a few short videos which could be used to spark discussions on values/behaviour here is a link to one of them which in part carries a similar message to Hero in the Hallway. http://www.forbetterlife.org/be_inspired/tv_radio.asp?id=1092

I use a MacBook and it is pretty simple with two steps.

First copy the video's web address, and go to keepvid.com
KeepVid creates a flash video (.flv). The I have iSquint (free) to convert the .flv to .mp4 for iPod.

If you are able to get the .flv file, you can use zamzar.com to create numerous video files for Windows or Mac.

Does anyone know how to rip video from youtube? I can't get access and I know that there's a program out there to get the video and be able to show it in another setting. (not a blog)
