- By training, I am a medical doctor, board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. I have been involved in academic medicine, broadly and research and development of biotechnology-derived drugs. I am eager and committed to transition from a career as a physician scientist in biotect drug development to teaching AP level biology in an independent school in the Boston area. Admittedly, my path to teaching is non-traditional but I am passionate about my aspiration and believe I can make a meaningful contribution to preparing young women and men for higher education and careers in the 21st century.
