I just did a search on Google for "Ohio State Marching Band MP3" and found a site linking Le Regiment (among others). I copied the url pointing to the Le Regiment track and pasted it into the Music From Another Website option.
You can also upload your own music locally, but its much easier just to link (if you can find the tracks you want).
