- Bea is a working mom with extensive experience as an engineer and business manager in the Industrial Coatings Industry. She has worked as technical representative and industrial sales manager for multinational corporations. (I.C.I. group and International Paints). Bea also worked as a technology teacher in the QSI School in her last post in Tirana, Albania. In Cape Verde she volunteers as a computer and IT teacher at “Centro Lem Cachorro” as a special ed. assistant at “Centro de Emergencia”; both center for children with special needs. Her areas of expertise include training and teaching, management, supervision, budgeting, technical assistance and volunteer work
